Sercotel Madrid Aeropuerto

Lovely quiet hotel very close to the airport although it is not on the metro line that goes to the airport so a taxi was required at a cost of €25 to get to the hotel. Free shuttle service from the hotel to the airport at 6.30am was great. Nice quiet, dark and air conditioned room. Large and comfy bed. Reasonably priced mini bar. Pool was nice and quiet, plenty of supermarkets and small restaurants nearby and only 35 mins on the metro into the centre of Madrid.

The shuttle service from Madrid Airport and returning the next morning was extremely well organised, comfortable and driving was excellent on both trips. The hotel was great. Close to the airport terminals but no outside noise at all. The room well better than expected and well fitted. Toiletries were good. The restaurant and bar area were clean and staff extremely helpful. Breakfast buffet is particularly good and plentiful. The staff on reception must be praised for their customer service, politeness, and helpfulness. They are a credit to the hotel. We will definitely use the hotel again in future and recommend it to all travellers needing a place close to the airport.

The hotel is very close to the airport and there is free shuttle service. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The wifi was strong, everything worked very well. I stayed one night, and before I took my flight, I had breakfast. It was a rich breakfast, they even had lactose free milk! I always carry lactose free milk for my coffee when I travel and this is the first hotel served it without me asking for it. I will definitely choose Serchotels in the future. Thank you!

Easy to use shuttle service, we used it both ways from the airport. The metro stop is 6 minutes walking distance and brings you downtown. Comfortable bed and clean room and bathroom. We were able to leave our suitcase to pick up on our way back, a great plus!
